What is a Clinical Nutritionist?
A qualified healthcare professional who assesses, diagnoses and manages the needs of clients to treat both specific medical conditions, and to optimise health.
What issues do you support?
I support busy mums and families experiencing digestive concerns (bloating, discomfort, irregular digestion), chronic stress, burnout, low energy, poor sleep, and gutโbrain connection concerns. My approach focuses on both gut health and nervous system regulation.
I also have extensive experience in paediatric care, for children with behavioural issues including PANS/PANDAS, tics, fussy eating, nutritional deficiencies, and gut issues.
What happens in a free discovery call?
Your complimentary 15-minute discovery call is a relaxed, no-pressure conversation. Weโll briefly discuss your concerns, goals, and whether my approach is the right fit for you. Iโll then outline the most appropriate next steps.
Do you work with children and adults?
Yes. I support both children and adults, with all recommendations tailored to age, lifestyle, and individual needs.
I have extensive experience working with clients to identify issues and manage gut health symptoms.
Are consultations available online?
Yes. Telehealth consultations are available Australia-wide, making it easier for busy families to access support from home.
How is your approach different from general nutrition advice?
My work focuses on identifying underlying contributors to symptoms, supporting both gut health and the nervous system, and creating realistic, sustainable habits - not restrictive meal plans or short-term fixes.
Do I need a diagnosis before booking?
No. Many clients come to me without a formal diagnosis. We work together to explore symptoms, patterns, and root contributors.
I may also recommend functional testing so we can deep dive into your symptoms and identify the root cause, in order to maximise your treatment outcomes.
How many sessions will I need?
This depends on your goals and the complexity of your concerns. Some clients benefit from short-term support, while others prefer ongoing guidance. Weโll discuss a personalised plan during your consultation.
